• It’s a physical distribution board equipped with smart metering that communicates with remote datacentre (EdisonStreet)
• It performs analysis of energy consumption, and reports 24/7 to build intelligent reporting of energy use in line with operational requirements and this includes heating and cooling devices, lighting and dimming as well as comfort controls, water usage etc
• Green Panel can be configured to your brand / ops preferences.
• Performs loadshedding to minimise peak loads.

Benefits from using the Green Panel over conventional electrical distribution,

• There is the potential to save 20+% on energy thanks to the unique EMS processor which is at the heart of the switchboard.
• The EMS processor constantly monitors the total load of the electricity supply being used and can reduce the peak load demand by controlling specific plant by performing Load Shedding.
• Our Green Panel has sub metering installed so that groups of circuits and individual high load items can be constantly monitored by the EMS processor.
• We provide HACCP compliance and documentation for Cold Rooms, Deep Freezers & all types of fridges. The Green Panel, monitors and records 24 hours a day. If a fridge door is left open or the evaporator ices up, then the switchboard will notify you straight away so that the issue can be rectified.
• Save on dimming system costs as the Green Panel can also control all lighting across a varied level of protocols, DALI, 1-10v and Mains dimming.
• Using the Mangelberger standardised switchboards, minimises down time on failures as the spares required are the same across all sites rather than multiple manufacturers.
• The Green Panel can also monitor Water and Gas consumption, so if you have a leak or equipment is using too much water, we can alert you now rather than when the next bill comes in.
• Switchboards are manufactured in an automated plant, but where possible Solar and Brake Recuperation energy from the robots is used, making the production Carbon Neutral.
• The client can subscribe to the Customer Care & Support package which provides 24/7 support. The support team can remotely dial into the switchboard to make changes to the operation of the system, check faults etc. The client can also log in and make changes, see energy usage, potential optimization and compare usage across multiple sites.
