Project Overview
Located in the heart of Tower Hill, The Chamberlain Hotel is a well-known destination for business travellers and tourists alike. Compass EP was appointed directly by Fuller's to deliver a complete electrical refurbishment across the hotel, modernising critical infrastructure while supporting the client's decarbonisation goals.

Scope of Works
Decarbonisation & Power Upgrade To futureproof the hotel and support Fuller's commitment to sustainability, Compass EP carried out a full supply upgrade to enable the electrification of the commercial kitchen. This included the supply and installation of a new bespoke main switchboard, along with associated incoming supply cables and sub-main cabling throughout the building.
Guest Room & Corridor Refurbishment We provided full electrical services for the refurbishment of 64 guest rooms and associated corridors, including:
• New mains distribution systems
• New Sub-main Cabling
• Small power installation
• Feature and ambient lighting
• Structured cabling for data and telephony
Fire & Safety Systems To meet the latest life safety regulations, Compass EP supplied and installed a comprehensive fire alarm system along with a new refuge system and DDA-compliant call alarms, enhancing safety for all building users, including those with additional needs.

The Chamberlain Hotel now benefits from a modernised, compliant and energy-efficient infrastructure. With upgraded electrical capacity and a robust suite of life safety systems, the hotel is well-positioned to meet the operational demands of its next chapter, all delivered within a tight 16-week turnaround.
